Netflix Introduces iPad, Gets Nothing But Complaints
It’s been available in the app store for 24 hours now, but Netflix just officially announced its iPad app.
Right now there are 37 comments, and nearly every one of them is a complaint. Where’s the iPhone/iTouch version? is by far the most popular, but others range from “you’ve severely limited my ability to find movies by removing friend functionality” to “When do we get a android version?” and my personal favorite, which simply says “Linux?”. Only a single comment says “thank you” and only a handful have anything positive to say at all.
You may not be buying an iPad. You may not even have Netflix. But please acknowledge that the Netflix team has put in a lot of work to provide many people with a very useful app.
